Yes — our initial application gives you a preliminary picture of your options with no document upload required. Once you want to move forward with a specific product, we'll request supporting documents to get a formal approval from a lender.

Your advisor will walk you through all available offers and there's never any pressure to accept. When you're ready to proceed, your advisor will guide you through the acceptance and closing steps. To decline, simply let your advisor know — no paperwork or fees required.

No. We use a soft credit inquiry during the initial review — this does not impact your credit score. A hard pull only occurs when you move forward with a specific lender and program, and we always notify you before that happens.
