📋 What to Upload

  • Last 3 months personal bank statements (all pages, PDF)
  • Last 3 months business bank statements, if applicable (all pages, PDF)
  • Most recent mortgage statement(s) showing outstanding balance
  • Government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport)
  • Most recent property tax bill or county assessment showing property value
  • Homeowner's insurance declarations page
  • Credit authorization form (provided by your advisor, if applicable)
  • Last 3 months rental property bank statements (all pages, PDF)
  • Current lease agreement(s) for the subject property
  • Most recent mortgage statement for the subject property
  • Government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport)
  • Entity documents: LLC operating agreement or articles of incorporation
  • Most recent property tax bill or county assessment
  • Homeowner's insurance or landlord policy declarations page
  • Schedule E from most recent tax return (rental income documentation)
