No license is required to refer a business owner to Mondra Capital. You're simply making an introduction — we handle the advisory, underwriting, and closing process. We recommend consulting a professional if you plan to operate as a licensed broker at scale.
Commission is paid after the deal funds. Payment is typically processed within 3–5 business days of funding. We pay via ACH, check, or wire depending on your preference. You'll receive a breakdown showing the funded amount and your commission before payout.
No limit. You can refer as many businesses as you like. Each funded deal generates a separate commission. There's no cap on total earnings and no requirement to maintain a minimum referral volume.
Most U.S.-based small businesses generating $15,000+ per month in revenue qualify for at least one of our programs. We work with many industries including retail, restaurants, construction, healthcare, trucking, e-commerce, and professional services. We'll evaluate every file and let you know quickly if we can help.
Commission is only earned on funded deals. If a referral doesn't qualify or declines an offer, no commission is owed. That said, we work hard to find solutions for every file — if we can't fund them now, we'll advise on what they need to get there.
